CAT and MOUSE

Hosta `Cat and Mouse', lavender-blueish and striped, 5-6", June-July. MINI. Mouse Ears Collection. Mounds 3"high by 6"wide(now that's a mini-mouse!) No wonder the cat can't catch 'em! Leaves 2"long by 2"wide(7-8vp); this is one round mouse!; greenish yellow; blue-green margin; glaucous bloom on top! and underneath! This is a tissue culture sport of H.`Blue Mouse Ears' that came out yellow to start and developed the margin! AND the size is more diminutive than the others! That's why they've been being "caught my the cats!(collector's)"!. Think about it! PLUS! the colors of this mouse BRIGHTEN! during season!
