SUN POWER

Hosta `Sun Power', lavender, 43", July. LARGE. Bright, wavy, gold foliage in mounds 28"high by 70"wide! Leaves 12"long by 7 1/4"wide. Leaves ovate-shaped, slightly corrugated, curved at the tip(distinguishes this from the many others), and very good substance. As its name suggest this can tolerate quite a few hours of sun. Nearly all day if needed. Does well in open plantings like around pool areas, patios. More sun the brighter the leaves, more shade and lighter yellow the leaves. Great growth rate.(1986 Paul Aden)
