NIGHT before CHRISTMAS

Hosta `Night before Christmas', pale lavender, 29-36", June-July. MEDIUM to large. A robust mound can reach 1-25"high by 30-63"wide. Leaves 8-12"long by 3-7"wide(6-11vp),2 3/4"wide green margin.. This is a tetraploid sport of H.`White Christmas'. The tetraploid(3x the chromosomes)bring a thicker substance to the leaves. White centered with wide green margin sets this apart from its parent along with the many other 3x traits; slightly wavy; smooth textured; thin underside bloom. Flowers 2 1/2"long by 1"wide.
