RED BARON(OS!!)

Hosta `Red Baron', lavender flowers on RED scapes!, 20", June-July. MEDIUM. Mounds 15"high by 30"wide. Leaves 10.5"long by 3.25"wide(8vp);dark green; heavily rippled; slightly shiny, moderately folded; lance-shaped. SUPER RED petioles! and super RED scapes! Upright mound habit makes for a vase shaped look! Good substance. Even the seed pods are RED! No wonder Snoopy keeps trying to shoot 'em outta the sky! He wants a piece! NO worry. We got one for you! Incredible original stock during our visit in 2008! Could be called RARE! Not listed in the Hosta Finder 2016! and! Masrk Z. only saw it in the originator's garden! (2001, P.Cross.
