Hosta `Regal Splendor', lavender, 60", July-August. LARGE-HUGE. Mounds 30"high by 72"wide of very vase-shaped leaves 11"long by 7"wide with blue-green center, blue in spring, and yellow margin turning creamy white by summer912-13vp);margin 1/4" to 3/4"wide; ovate-shaped, slightly wavy, smooth and very thick-substance. Thick underside bloom. This unique vase-shape easily distinguishes it from a `Sagae'. When in flower this thing takes command of the garden! (1982, Walters Gardens.
