GREEN WITH ENVY

Hosta `Green with Envy', purple, 12-24", June-July. SMALL. Mounds as high as 12" and as wide as 30" but still appearing small. Gold-centered, green-margined foliage; leaves 4"long by 3"wide. Ovate-shaped and smooth; moderately shiny on the underside; thin substance; open funnel-shaped flowers. The flowers on this one are just different than others with similar leaf color. I think the "envy" part comes from the shades of green, the center and the margin, wishing they each had each others color?
