altissima FLY OVER(super tall yellow)

Hemerocallis altissima `Fly Over', yellow, 5-6'(ft!), July-August. This is a selection from Plant Delights Nursery that Tony Avent received from New York Botanical Gardens. A true, pure yellow form so as not to get mixed up with H.`Autumn Minarette' of which some sources tag with the name H.altissima. H.`Autumn Minarette' flower has an orange pastel brushing in their petals. This is a pure, FRAGRANT, clone more true to the species. Flowers open during the evening and remain open until mid-day the following day. zone5
