Tiarella cordifolia `Pink Skyrocket', pink, 12-15", April-June. And that's not a "snot rocket"! This is named for the fireworks-like skyrocket! Still and this is as of 2017! the BEST pink Tiarella Terra Nova has come up with! As Dan Heims would have it "Our wild outcross shot up with this sparkling salute. Explosive heads of shrimp pink." And we still agree! Although we have been away, unlike the lyric where we disagree, well we DO AGREE! So being away doesn't have to cause a straine on your gardening love of perennials and the need to live to see tomorrow! As the name suggests! these incredible flowers are perfectly, symmetrically shaped like a bottle-rocket! on the 4th of July!! As long as they are a class 8 fireworks. Dissected, evergreen mounds of foliage to 12"wide and 6"high are marked with maroon-black centers. Part-shade, shade, and quite a bit of sun. Bright light(high canopy) and sun bring out the leaf color and intense blooms! (pp#13382)
