MIDNIGHT OIL(OS x 10!!)

Hosta `Midnight Oil', pale purple, 13-20", July. MEDIUM. Mounds 15" high by 26" wide. Leave 6 1/2" long by 4 1/2" wide(6-7vp): SUPER SHINY, super dark-green, THICK substance, corrugated and folded. Shiny underneath. Looks like the plant was rubbed down with oil before going on-stage to flex! But for me, it's enough to "burn the Midnight Oil" coming up with these descriptions.(B & D Stegeman,2004. (H.`Potomac Pride'(pod)x H.`Neat Splash Rim'(pollen)).
