spicata `Nana', violet-purple,6-8",August-October.Thin, glossy, dark green leaves. Black fruits are formed after the flowers. Great groundcover for small areas or places. This could also be used in a container planting. Uncommon dwarf form of "Lilytruf". Not offered in the trade as we've seen so far. We've given stock to two national groundcover growers but they don't seem to have an interest. We have yet to propagate enough of it because the people that do know about it hoard the inventory!
