COMMANDO(OS!!)

Hosta `Commando', purple, 15-20", July-August. SMALL. Mounds 8" high by 20" wide. Leaves 4" long by 2" wide(4vp): deep green, lance-leaved, ruffled, wavy edges, medium substance, shiny on top. (Jim Schwartz, NR. All green Sport of H.`First Mate). Originator's Stock from Marlene and Uniquely Hosta who acquired Jim's stock. Going through French Commando training while in the US Army Germany, trained in Niece, France, being a collector of Hostas for names, reasons, and rhymes, we had to get this.
