BEATRICE GREEN(OS!)

Hosta `Beatrice Green', purple, 22-31, August. MEDIUM. Mounds 11"high by 25"wide. Leaves 6"long by 2 1/2"wide(6vp); narrow, smooth green leaves. Not available in the trade and is collected for historical significance only. There is a `Beatrice' but it is streaked. A seedling of H.`Frances Williams' and registered by Peter Ruh in 1987 for Frances Williams.(H.`Green Beatrice') Named for the daughter of a friend of Frances Williams. Originator's Stock from Van Wade July 2017. I needed it for the wife of a friend although her name is spelled Beatrize, with a Z!
