ATHENA

Hosta `Athena', double white, 30-35", August-October. MEDIUM can be largish. Mounds 24"high by 60"wide. Leaves 11"long by 7 1/2"wide. Medium green with cream-white streaks in the leaves. Very variable so to get a nice specimen you must be on the "look-out" and then snag it. We had the ULTIMATE specimen for the American Hosta Society National convention in 2006! In fact I had 16 4" and the bus touring committee bought them all when they were driving the routes to each stop! The HOTTEST plant on the planet at the thyme!
