LAKESIDE PAISLEY PRINT(2019 HoY)

Hosta `Lakeside Paisley Print', lavender with dark striping, 21-24", June-July. MEDIUM. Mounds 10"high by 30"wide. Leaves 6 1/2"long by 6"wide(10vp)nearly square by 1/2"! with INCREDIBLE center marking that start yellow and become white by mid season. A color painting of a print! The registrar says: green-cream markings shoot out from petiole; green margin; slightly rippled; slightly shiny on top; moderately cupped, moderately wavy' broadly ovate; rounded base. That all means: nearly square leaf, wide green margin with a white "footprint" in the center of the leaf starting at the base. Bill Meyer dug me a piece in July, 2012 while visiting him and Carol Braesher. Bill generally only "deals" in "good stuff", and to dig it while "on-the spot"! So either way this is Special Stock(SS).
