HERBAL TEA

Hosta `Herbal Tea', lavender, 21", July-August. LARGE. Mounds 18"high by 36"wide. Leaves 9"long by 5"wide(12vp); golden yellow, moderately cupped, moderately wavy; ovate; cordate base. These leaves have a beautiful minty-glaucous bloom on their tops and deeper glaucous underneath. Back to the top part: The leaf looks herbally refreshing! You can see the veins in the early morning with the glaucous bloom making the water bead up on the leaf. A sport of H.`My Cup Of Tea'. (Mark Zilis, 2009)
