SOURPUSS(OSx10!!)

Hosta `Sourpuss', lavender, 26", July-August. Sport of H.`Lemon Meringue' from Dave Chopko introduced thru Green Hill farm, Bob Solberg. Our stock comes from Dave himself! Friends! The EXTREME priviledge to be in the Tri-State Hosta Society of which he is a member. But he and my dad go back since the Society's inception by one Walter Cullerton(whose selections you can find throughout here also!) back to `Sourpuss'. I think this had something to do with a Heinekin but who's investigating? If that picture resurfaces we'll post it! MEDIUM-LARGE. Leaves are very rounded(ovate) and have a different colored margin. This received a high bid of $720.00! at the AHS convention 2012! (D.Chopko, NR, 2012)
