CHEATIN HEART

Hosta `Cheatin Heart', MINI. Low dense mound of oval-shaped, slightly wavy, pale gold foliage; brighter if grown in high light or part sun. Mounds only 2"high and measured once at 8"high by 6"wide with a max measure of 18"wide; leaves 2.5"-4"long by 1.5"-3 1/4"wide(4-6vp). Purple flowers, 7-18"high scapes in July-August. Average substance. There's a small dysfunctional family of these hearts, H.`Faithful Heart', H.`Happy Heart', H.`Heart's Content', H.`Oh My Heart', and a couple sports named H.`Illicit Affair', and H.`Stolen Kiss'!(1995, W.Zumbar.[F-2 seedling of H`Subcrocea' x H.`Birchwood Gem'])
