RED FLAG(spider,9"flwr!)

Hemerocallis `Red Flag', bright red self with large pale green-yellow throat, 32-48", 9 1/4"flower! July-August. A "roadrunner" daylily! You can see this from the road a mile away! NASCAR could use this as the RED FLAG during a race its so bright and big! And. the flag man would love it as its FRAGRANT! so he can smell the roses(smell the daylily)until be needs to throw them if he has to! Spider form, which is one of our favorite forms!, Fragrant, nocturnal!(open at night! so it's there to greet you in the morning!), diploid, and dormant. (Miller-J.,1975. `Prairie Chief' x seedling)
