LITTLE ZINGER(red mini)

Hemerocallis `Little Zinger', red self with very green throat, 16", 2 2/3"flower, June-July. A real miniature all around! Nice! Solid color! Trialed at Denver Botanic Gardens and came out a WINNER! Received the Junior Citation award. Because of the vibrant color, which is ALWAYS a factor for sources, this has been offered by the big companies by the dozen but yet it's not at the local grocery store! GOOD! We got it! Where else but from Tranquil Lake Nursery. Always nice to be "laid back". Seriously, I'm throwing ya a "zinger" on this one! Diploid, semi-evergreen, diurnal. (Lankart, 1979)
