MISS MARY MARY

Hemerocallis `Miss Mary Mary', golden, 16", June-July with rebloom. 2 3/4"flower. An unusual cycle if you're watching your daylilies. Ol' Missy here reblooms with a DOUBLE FLOWEER! The first flush of blooms are single. The rebloom are DOUBLE flowers(there are petals within the petals). Pretty much unheard of! In fact, they have yet to "create"(hybridized this trait)into any other daylily so far! The color is that of `Stella de Oro' and size. This was actually one that caught the society's attention in 2005 being named the All American Daylily Selection Council Award in the Landscape category.
