CAREX osh.EVERILLO(pp#21002)

Carex oshimensis `Everillo', golden yellow cascading leaves, 18-22". Spikelets for flowers. Grown for its dramatic effect for the shade, part-shade garden. Reliable and especially able to "bulk up" in the event you are not having luck with "Hakone Grass". This seems to provide a much bolder statement also. Awarded the bronze medal during the 2010 Planatarium in Boskoop, Holland. Discovered in a tissue culture laboratory in Ireland in August 2006 by Pat FitzGerald of FitzGerald Nurseries of Kilkenny, Ireland. Mutation of C.`Evergold'. EVERGREEN(yellow). zone5(pp#21002)
