c.ST.OLA(white)

Geranium cantabrigiense `St.Ola', white, 8-10", April-May. The "true" St.Ola I find to have noticeably more intense fall and winter leaf colors! Evergreen. Dense patch forming clumps to 20"+wide. Durability parallels none! Can take full sun, part-shade, and quite a bit of shade. And, another "point of emphasis", I say "The stamens on fresh flowers are white or near pure white as compared to G.cant.`Biokovo' of which I fins being noticeably pink stamened. The basic difference, though, to the undiscerning eye is, yes, the flush of spring WHITE flowers. They do age(fade) to a light pink which then becomes a look-a-like to G.`Biokovo'. zone4(3)
