ROSEMARY TUSCAN BLUE

Rosemarinus officinalis `Tuscan Blue' (`Erectus'). Gorgeous upright, columnar form with thick stems, broad leaves, and rich dark blue flowers. Mild flavor for cooking with. This is a great variety for creating topiaries as it tends to grow stiff and upright. Can be trained around circular topiaries as well. Can get 4-6'(ft)if left alone. This hails from Sissinghurst Castle grounds. An old tried, and TRUE from prior 1948 from Tuscany, Italy, by W.Arnold-Forster, Cornwall, England. Essential Oils: 45% alpha-pinene, 15% 1,8-cineole (eucalyptus-pine)
