Lippia graveolens.This is the prize of gourmet spices! Each leaf packs so much flavor with a Latin flair, that this is so prized by true chefs of the culinary Latin flavors! Tricky to grow, but if you can get this baby to so much as grow 12" on ya, you have enough leaves to flavor a fiesta with a pinata! The leaves are only barely and inch long 1/2" wide. It is a small bush to "die for"! (But not yet!). It wants to flower its head off, but these look so cool as they dangle down in an arching manner! Once you get to this size, you don't know what to do with all the leaves (I just pick a handful every time I walk by and rub in my hand as I keep walking around! And, picture the feast I would be having if I really did pursue "cooks college"!
