PEACOCK

Pelargonium graveolens `Peacock'(Scented Geranium)Softly lobed and divided leaf, splashed and speckled with cream to white. The variegation wanes during the blazing hot summer months and returns with the cooler night. The stems and petioles may also be white. Some think the scent is rose, some, lemon-rose. The single flower is pale lavender. It resembles the much older plant, `Booth's Snowflake' in leaf and aroma, however, this plant grows upright while `Both's' tends to sprawl. `Peacock' is well suited for cooking purposes. Very large leaf with wavy edges, white markings; pink flowers.
