Phlox pilosa var.ozarkana, dark rose-lavender, 15-20", April-June. Stoloniferous, native wildflower which forma a nice patching groundcover-like plant. Found in its natural habitat in open woods, thickets, meadows, glades and prairies in the Ozark region of Missouri. Loose clusters of fragrant flowers that are 5-petaled.
