Phlox subulata `McDaniel's Cushion', bright pink, 3", March-April. The flowers are 1"across! 1/3rd larger than any other pink flowered one! This makes for one amazing carpet of color the day the temps get into the 40's. By mid March you will have the spring spirit/bug and all it's worth! Evergreen, extra rich green, needle-like foliage. These form mats up to 24"and growing if left. In late fall Daniel will even set another few flowers to remind you haw good he'll come spring again! Deer resistant. NATIVE(selection of course). Sun.
