Creeping, leafy, vegetative(sterile)stems typically form a foliage mat to 3"tall and spreading indefinitely. Loose clusters(cymes)of fragrant tubular flowers with five petals, flat, rounded lobes on upright, leafy stems which rise above the foliage mat to 8-12" tall in spring and early summer.
