CELERY LEAF/PAR-CEL

Apium graveolens var.secalinum. "Celery Leaf, Par-Cel". Grows 10-18". Looks like a mini, bushy, clump of celery but is not stalked. And easy way to grow and harvest the flavor you would use for celery or parsley(Par-Cel). Fresh Celery Leaves for salads and even the small stems taste like celery. Each time harvested it will regrow. It is a biennial, such as Parsley, so it will survive for another year harvest. Add to SOUPS, STEWS, mxied VEGETABLES as you would stalk celery just without the stringy stems. Very convenient!
